SMART KIGALI
Smart Kigali is the
free wireless of charge internet service for Kigali people and visitors in
Rwanda .It was launched on 20th September 2013 by Ministry of Youth
and information technology Mr .Phibert Nsengimana in collaboration with Rwanda
Development Board (RDB) and Rwanda Utilities and Regulatory Agency (RURA) for
boosting internet services for the Kigali dwellers in different provinces such
as commerce, tourism, education and transportation.Hence.it enhances sustainable
